Who We Are
Notre mission
Le projet Synergie est maintenant à Ottawa (Ontario) par l’intermédiaire de l’Alliance communautaire de la rue Bank, en collaboration avec Logement communautaire d’Ottawa. Notre objectif est de promouvoir la santé et le bien-être individuels et collectifs des personnes vivant en logement social.
Nous voulons apprendre à vous connaître en tant que personnes et écouter vos opinions sur la vie au 1365 rue Bank ainsi que dans le quartier. Nous espérons identifier les problèmes importants pour la santé et le bien-être des locataires et réfléchir ensemble à des solutions créatives.
Votre voix
Notre but est de faire entendre votre voix en créant des liens avec les haut.e.s dirigeant.e.s et décideur.euse.s de quatre secteurs à Ottawa :

afin que nous puissions travailler ensemble pour créer des changements positifs.
What We Do
The Alliance works to support the community and improve daily life for residents. We listen to what tenants need and care about, and we work together to find solutions.We organize events and activities that bring people together. We also share information about services and supports in the community, like health services, youth programs, and safety resources. We work with partners such as community organizations, the City, and safety services to help respond to community needs.

The Bank Street Community Alliance began in 2023 as part of a partnership between Ottawa Community Housing, the University of Ottawa, and community organizations.The goal was to strengthen the community by listening to tenants, building relationships, and working together on solutions. A group of tenants started meeting regularly with staff and researchers, and over time, this group grew into the Bank Street Community Alliance.
How We Work Together
The Alliance meets regularly, usually once a month. Tenants play an important role by sharing their ideas and helping guide the work. Decisions are made together, and everyone’s voice matters.The Alliance also works with a larger group of partners, called a coalition. This includes community organizations, city representatives, and support services. Together, we share ideas, plan activities, and support the community.
